Description:	Alexei Watkins is an outstanding young French Horn player and he will be joined in this conert by pianist Harry Rylance. His programme for French Horn and Piano is a celebration of the centenary of the birth of the great French Horn player, Dennis Brain. Their varied programme includes some of the pieces Brain is renowned for, such as Beethoven’s Horn Sonata and Dukas’ Villanelle. as well as Poulenc’s Élégie, which was written in memory of Dennis Brain.
